If 2025 Were My Portfolio
The Same 20, Seen Properly
Recently, I shared my top 20 photos from 2025 on Instagram.
It was a simple idea:
If I had to build a portfolio using only images shot in 2025- and only twenty of them- this would be the selection.
The response on Instagram was bigger than I expected. The post reached far beyond my usual audience, and the conversations that followed made me realize something:
These images deserved a slower, higher-quality space.
So this post is exactly that.
Not a new selection.
Not an update.
The same 20 photographs—just seen properly.
Why Post Them Again?
Instagram is where images travel fast.
Substack is where they can sit.
Here, the photos aren’t compressed, cropped, or rushed past with a thumb. They can be viewed in high resolution, the way I originally thought about them.
This feels like the right place to treat these images less like posts, and more like a portfolio.
The Structure
Even when choosing only twenty frames, the work naturally split into three sections:
GT3- modern, pure racing
Historic Racing- A completely different rhythm. It’s heritage.
IMSA / LMP2- modern spaceships, with classic touch, pure mechanical, non hybrid.
